This centre was set up in 1993 and undertakes activities like Production of building materials like hollow block ,solid blocks, interlock walling blocks, interlock flooring blocks Building material testing lab (Quality control unit), supply of cement and steel in subsidized rate (kalavara) Housing Guidance, preparation of project report, We undertake the design and execution of projects for various Government and Semi government departments and also private sector. We are conducting Artisan training programmes and internship training programmes to engineering college students also
