This centre was set up initially at Thiruvalla in 2002 and then shifted to Kozhenchery in 2015 and undertakes activities like Housing Guidance, Total Management of Projects, preparation of project report, design and execution of construction projects as per the directions of the client, sale of Building materials mainly to BPL beneficiaries at subsidized rate through KALAVARA We undertake the execution of projects for various Government and Semi government departments and also private sector. We also undertake the training programmes to engineering college students.
